2010 All Members Annual Meeting - February 18
Hello TekGolf Members!
We hope the Fall and Winter seasons have treated you well.
As required by the Tektronix Golf League bylaws, we will be holding the All Members Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 18, 2009 in the Bldg 50 Auditorium here at Tektronix. Everyone is welcome to attend (non-Tek
employees will need to get a visitor badge from the receptionist), including current and new members.
The meeting will start at Noon and last about 45 minutes. We will be reviewing the state of the club from last year, and announcing our plans for this upcoming 2010 season. Current members will also be voting for the 2010 Tektronix Golf League Board members. Please considering attending as your input and suggestions are what make the League better and better each year.
Renewing memberships, new members joining, and all League related information will be available.
If your email address has changed (or is going to change), please let Dale know directly. He maintains both mailing lists and can update your email address quickly. If you wish to no longer receive updates regarding the Tektronix Golf League, please let him know that too.
The TekGolf.org web site will now be used for scheduling weekly tee times. This is a self-serve scheduling process where you enter in which dates you are playing or not playing. We will be demonstrating this process during the All Members Annual meeting on February 18, 2010.
Due to half the 2009 TekGolf Board members no longer being on the Tek campus, we are opening up nominations for current TekGolf Members to join the Board.
The Board meets once per month to plan the special events and provide a means for the members to communicate their needs and concerns.
Please submit your name to me to be included on the ballot at the All Members Annual Meeting. Specific Board job duties will be determined at the March TekGolf Board meeting by the elected Board members.
