TekGolf Is pleased to announce our July 2009 special golf event at Camas Meadows Golf Club in Camas Washington on Saturday, July 25 beginning at 2 pm ( first tee time ).

This event will be a handicapped two-man best ball tournament*, prizes awarded to the top three teams. There will also be additional hole prizes for M/W long-drive, closest to the pin ( 2 holes ), and long-in/long putt. We have space reserved for 20 players, so sign up now and invite a friend. If you don't have a partner preference, we can assign you one based on combined handicaps.

Entry Fee is $65/player including prizes - carts are optional, and not included. They can be purchased for an additional $15 per person at the course on the day of play.

Best ball can be played using 2-, 3- or 4-person teams. Each player on the team plays his or her own golf ball throughout the round, and on each hole the low score - or "best ball" - of the group serves as the team score. Player A gets a (net) 5, B gets a (net) 4, C gets a (net) 6, D gets a (net) 6, then the team score for that hole is 4, because the low score of the group was B's 4. Handicap allowances for Best Ball competitions can be found in the USGA Handicap Manual, Section 9-4 (www.usga.com).
